UPS Put the Package In The Truck, Take It Out and Back In, Delayed Delivery

I gotta vent about this shipping mess! Seriously, what kind of quality are we supposed to expect from this courier service? It's been an absolute rollercoaster - they put the package in the truck, then they take it out, and then back in again – 200 freaking times! I mean, come on! You know what ticks me off the most? They act like the contents of the package are no big deal, but for us, it's crucial! We've been eagerly waiting for it, and it's causing us all sorts of headaches. If they can't deliver it, just be straight up and tell us! It's not rocket science, folks. We'd happily pick it up ourselves if they just gave us a heads-up. What's with this lackluster service quality?We rely on timely deliveries, and this is just not cutting it.
