Bigo Live Banned My Stream After Someone Verbally Abused Me

I want to file a complaint about an unjust action taken against me on Bigo Live today. A member connected to a family led by a user I will refer to as S.A. directed severe verbal abuse at me. Following this incident, I received a live streaming ban — completely unjustifiably.
I do not accept having my streaming rights restricted while the person who abused me and the family they belong to face no consequences whatsoever. I was also given no clear information about the reason for the ban or how long it will last.
I am requesting that this wrongful punishment be corrected since I committed no violation, that the streaming ban on my account be lifted, and that the family in question be properly investigated and the necessary steps be taken to shut it down.
