Omegle Charged Me to Access the Platform and Then Blocked Me

I recently paid $13 to gain access to the Omegle service. Despite having committed no rule violation, engaging in no inappropriate behavior, and not tampering with the system in any way, I was suddenly hit with a temporary ban while using the platform and am now unable to access it.
I made the payment using my debit card and have the transaction receipt. I also remember my bank account and payment details linked to my account, which can be used to verify the transaction if needed. Being blocked for no apparent reason right after paying for a service has caused me both financial and personal harm.
I am requesting that the $13 I paid for access to Omegle be refunded to my debit card and that the temporary ban applied to my account be reviewed and lifted.
