I’m extremely dissatisfied with UPS. On three separate occasions, my packages were marked as “delivered” before ever going out for delivery. Each time, I was told to pick them up from the branch myself—even though I paid for home delivery.
What kind of service is this? UPS doesn’t even attempt to bring the packages to my address, yet they falsely report that they’ve been delivered. I’ve been forced to go to the branch repeatedly, wasting my time and effort for something that should’ve arrived at my door.
This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s now a pattern of negligence and false reporting. I’m fed up with a company that shows zero respect for the customer experience.
I demand UPS take responsibility and stop faking deliveries. Deliver the packages to the address I paid for, or refund me in ₺ for every undelivered shipment. Do your job.
