UPS Pick-up Service Failed Me, They Didn't Come to Get My Package

I waited at home all day as I was informed that UPS Turkey would pick up my package during the day. The package, which they were supposed to collect from me, was intended for Microsoft, and there was a specific timeframe for its pickup. However, they did not show up throughout the day, and when I checked the status of my request, there was no information available. Why wasn't my package collected as promised? I refrained from bringing the package to your branch based on your word. Will I need to create a new request on Monday to have my package picked up? Why was my request deleted without my knowledge?
