UPS Failed to Pick Up Scheduled Package – Requesting Explanation and Resolution
On October 25, 2025, at 3:23 PM, I scheduled a home pickup for my package with UPS under request number 6733284. Despite waiting at home with my package ready, the pickup was canceled with the explanation, “pickup not ready, recipient not home.” This is inaccurate, as I stayed in to ensure the package would be collected. It seems likely that the delivery staff marked it this way to avoid the pickup.
This experience has shaken my trust in UPS, and I believe a reputable company like UPS Türkiye should avoid such issues. I am requesting an explanation and a resolution to address this inconvenience.
