UPS Delayed My Passport Delivery
I've been attempting to contact someone in charge about my package, which was supposed to be sent out from the Kocaeli Central Service Provider branch on Friday morning. I'm eagerly anticipating the arrival of my passport as my flight is scheduled for Monday. Once again, UPS Turkey has failed to deliver any of my packages to my home, leaving me with no choice but to personally pick them up. Both the branch phone and the call center are unresponsive. I am at a loss for words to express the sheer absence of work ethics and discipline. Please deliver my passport to me as soon as possible. I am concerned about missing my flight due to the delay.
