My package with the shipping code 1ZA5X7006878392510 was sent from Istanbul to Izmir with the same-day delivery option. However, UPS Turkey did not provide any reason on the delivery date, nor did they provide any information about whether the package would be delivered. While another friend's package from the same company and to the same address was delivered without issue on the same day, I received no notification regarding my shipment.Because I was waiting at the construction site for delivery, I was unable to attend to my work assignments, and therefore my payment was deducted. UPS Turkey is responsible for the time I spent there.
