UPS Same-Day Delivery Failure - Missing Package Issue

My package with the shipping code 1ZA5X7006878392510 was sent from Istanbul to Izmir with the same-day delivery option. However, UPS Turkey did not provide any reason on the delivery date, nor did they provide any information about whether the package would be delivered. While another friend's package from the same company and to the same address was delivered without issue on the same day, I received no notification regarding my shipment.Because I was waiting at the construction site for delivery, I was unable to attend to my work assignments, and therefore my payment was deducted. UPS Turkey is responsible for the time I spent there. I cannot reach customer service at all, I cannot get any information from their representatives because they have never contacted me, and I cannot contact them because their official website and phone number are nonsensical.I demand that UPS Turkey address the grievance I have experienced, provide a clear explanation, submit this request by phone, not email, and take the necessary precautions to prevent a similar situation from occurring again.
