On September 19, 2025, at 4:51 PM, my Simfer mini oven (valued at ₺2,199) was handed over to UPS Turkey from the Kayseri branch, with tracking number 1Z2564YF6805525124. Even after ten days, it has still not been delivered to my address in Muğla. When I track the shipment through UPS’s mobile app, it has shown as “in transit in Afyon” since September 23, with no further updates.
During this time, I have called UPS customer service multiple times, but I was never able to connect with a live representative. Instead, I only received standard automated responses through the voice system. Today, when I tried again, the automated system did not provide any information at all about this shipment. I also contacted Simfer’s customer service, but they only told me, “Your product has been shipped, you will be informed,” without giving any clear explanation.
I request that my package be delivered to my Muğla address immediately, in clean and undamaged condition, and that I be provided with detailed information regarding the shipping process.
