UPS Delivery Delayed and Poor Customer Service for Apple Order
On September 25, my Apple order was shipped via UPS Turkey. However, even though my package has been showing as located at the Afyon branch since Saturday, it has not been sent out for delivery, and the estimated delivery date is listed as October 2. While the tracking page shows it in Afyon, when I contacted customer service, they told me it was actually in Uşak. These conflicting updates have left me very frustrated with the process.
In addition, the customer representative, Mr. E***, spoke to me in a dismissive and rude manner, which made my frustration even worse. Instead of receiving clear and solution-oriented answers to my questions, I was treated with an unhelpful and unprofessional attitude.
I am very dissatisfied with UPS Turkey due to both the delivery delay and the poor customer service experience. I request that my package be delivered to me as soon as possible and that the necessary actions be taken regarding the negative experience I had.
