UPS Tracking Stuck - Apple Order Lost In Transit

The mobile phone I ordered from Apple was shipped via UPS Türkiye from Istanbul to my address in Ankara on October 10, with tracking number 1ZA5X7006877341586. However, since that date, the tracking system has continuously shown the status as “in transit,” and the package has not been delivered to me. I called UPS customer service twice regarding the issue. During the first call, they said delivery could not be completed due to an insufficient address and advised me to contact Apple. When I spoke with Apple, we confirmed that my address information was complete, but we updated it just in case. When I tried to pick up the product from the Yenimahalle Branch, I was told it had never arrived there, and a written request from Apple was required. Even after Apple sent the necessary document, UPS claimed they could not see it in the system and said the delivery could not be made. I was informed that the package was not at either the Kahramankazan Logistics Center or the Yenimahalle Branch, meaning it never reached the branch, and I am still unable to receive it. My product is under warranty, and there are no payment issues. I have not been able to get clear information from customer service and feel that I am being stalled with system-related excuses. I expect my product to be delivered to me in full as soon as possible.

Today I called UPS Cargo again. What a coincidence, the branch where they told me I could pick it up on Tuesday has closed, so since the package is at the Logistics center, they said I could collect it from there. Also, at first, they said there was an address issue. The staff at the call center said there was no such problem. This is the latest information :). We went to the Logistics center. The staff there said the package was not there. They have no idea where it is. Keep your valuables away from UPS. I have never seen a company as disgraceful as UPS. The call center doesn't even answer the phone anymore. We are discussing the matter with Apple. They said they would support us. We are waiting for a response from Apple.

My phone was delivered today. UPS did not provide any support. If you want to easily reach UPS, write to their Turkey page on Instagram. Think a million times before handling your shipments with UPS.
