UPS Package Delivery Delay And Wrong-Address Claim Despite Correct Details
I have a shipment with UPS destined for my address which was supposed to be delivered around 3 December but has still not been delivered. During this period, I had great difficulty reaching customer service; most of the time I could not get through, and when I did, they claimed that my address and phone number were wrong, even though my information is correct. For this shipment, I paid approximately ₺1,400 for the product and ₺70 for the shipping fee. Despite this, I have been kept waiting for days and no effective solution or clear information has been provided. My clear expectation from UPS is the immediate delivery of my shipment to my correct address without any further excuses or delays. I request that my package be delivered urgently and that the problems experienced in communication and address handling be reviewed so that similar issues do not occur again.
