UPS Lost My Package and Won’t Provide Clear Information

On November 17, 2025, I shipped Divle Obruk cheese from a UPS branch, personally packaging it together with the branch supervisor. When the shipment failed to reach the recipient, I checked the status and was informed that my package had been lost and could not be located.
For nearly 11 days, no solution has been provided regarding this shipment worth $349. When I contacted the branch, I was repeatedly told to “call the central office” or “contact your main branch,” and I was simply passed around with no concrete action taken and no clear information given.
I request a clear and written explanation from UPS regarding the status of my lost shipment, full reimbursement of the product’s value, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced throughout this process.
