I Waited All Day but UPS Didn't Deliver My Package After Confirming I Was Home
UPS called to confirm if I was home, and I clearly said yes. I waited the entire day expecting the delivery, but the package never arrived. When I called them back to ask what happened, they claimed, “We tried to reach you but couldn’t.” That’s simply false—there was no missed call on my phone.
Even more frustrating, they also said, “We rang your doorbell.” That’s impossible because my apartment doesn’t even have a doorbell, which they would’ve noticed had they actually shown up.
They clearly never attempted the delivery and are now trying to cover it up by blaming me. This is not just negligence—it’s disrespectful. I was home all day for nothing, and I’m now left without the package I urgently needed.
UPS must stop misleading customers and take accountability. I expect my delivery to be completed without further excuses, and I request a formal explanation for this irresponsible behavior.
