I Face Delivery Delay with UPS Package Stuck at Branch Since August 12

My UPS shipment has been sitting at the branch since the 12th of this month and still has not been delivered. I only noticed the issue by checking online, where I saw a note about an “incomplete address.” No one from UPS ever called me to inform me about this, which already caused unnecessary delay. I immediately updated my address by phone, yet even after doing so, my package continues to appear as being held at the branch instead of being sent out for delivery.
I find it unacceptable that a global logistics company like UPS cannot provide basic communication and timely delivery. Customers should not have to chase down their own parcels or repeatedly update details that should already be handled. I am requesting that my package be sent out for delivery without any further delay and that I be called upon arrival, rather than being told later that “delivery was attempted but you were not home.”
UPS must take responsibility for this ongoing problem, deliver my package to the correct address immediately, and ensure proper communication with customers moving forward.
