I have never seen a more irresponsible shipping company than UPS. They marked my package as “delivered” on the same day they first called me about the estimated delivery, even though the package never arrived. According to them, it would be delivered during the week, but that never happened. The tracking system shows no real updates or accurate status.
To make things worse, the site I ordered from also shows the item as delivered because of UPS’s false delivery status. This means the return period has already started counting down, even though I never received the item in the first place.
I’ve contacted UPS multiple times, but no one provides proper information, and no follow-up occurs. How can a package be marked delivered when it clearly hasn’t reached the customer? The level of negligence is shocking.
I demand immediate clarification, delivery of my package, and a reset of the return window. UPS must take responsibility for misreporting a delivery and causing this unnecessary frustration.
