I purchased a men’s t-shirt as a gift through the Fenerium website, but I wanted to return it due to a size mismatch. For order number 235819800393, I created a return request through the website, and the system provided a return code via UPS Turkey. However, there is no UPS Turkey branch in my area.
For this reason, I contacted customer service and received further instructions. Using the provided code, I scheduled a courier pickup. Since the address where I placed the order and the return pickup address are different, I specifically selected the correct pickup address when creating the courier request. Despite this, I have not received any response for about 4 days—no one has called, and no courier has come to the address. As my return deadline is about to expire, I am experiencing inconvenience.
I request that UPS Turkey urgently send a courier to the correct return pickup address before my return period expires and that my return process be completed smoothly.
