UPS Delivered Food Parcel Spoiled and In a Torn Box


Our parcel from Izmir to Istanbul, which we gave to UPS cargo on 25/07/2023, should have arrived the next day, but it was delivered on 28/07/2023 in the afternoon. The 10 kg of butter and other food products in the cargo were delivered in a completely spoiled state. When we called and asked UPS cargo for three days, we were told that it was in the Istanbul Ümraniye branch and that it was not distributed. I suffered financial damage because the cargo was not delivered and kept waiting for three days. In addition, UPS cargo opened the box in which we packed my cargo and put it in another bag, and when my cargo arrived, it was delivered openly torn from the edges, and the person who delivered it saw this. I will initiate the necessary procedures for compensation for the financial damage we have suffered due to UPS cargo.
