I was expecting an extremely important shipment—my passport and visa results—via UPS. On April 30, 2025, I received a message saying “your package is on the way.” I stayed home all day and even skipped work to ensure I wouldn’t miss it. Later that day, I got another message claiming that delivery failed due to an “incomplete address.”
That’s completely false—my address was accurate and complete. UPS made no attempt to contact me. I called customer service multiple times, but couldn’t get past the automated system to speak with a real person. I even went to the UPS Turkey office listed on Google Maps, only to find there’s no UPS branch at that location.
This delay could ruin everything—I have a nonrefundable flight ticket and hotel reservation. I demand immediate assistance. I want to be contacted urgently at 5395****53 regarding the status of my package (tracking number: 1Z1V44386809569186, sent by GATEWAY Management - Harbiye 2). UPS has caused me significant stress, lost time, and fuel expenses, and I expect compensation for these.
