UPS Returned My Package Without Calling Despite Correct Address on File

On April 15, 2025, my package was shipped via UPS Türkiye with my address details entered completely and correctly. Yet on April 21, UPS marked the delivery as failed due to a “wrong address” and returned my shipment without informing me in any way.
I received no call, no email, and no notification from UPS about the issue. I tried for several minutes to reach customer service, but their system is so frustratingly automated that it's impossible to speak to a real person. Eventually, I contacted the nearest UPS branch directly, only to learn that my package was sitting at their location. Their excuse? They “couldn’t find the address” and “missed the phone number”—even though I provided full and accurate details.
When the delivery driver finally spoke to me, I clearly repeated my address, and they still said I’d have to wait another full day for redelivery. I’ve already been waiting a week. How can a courier not find a plainly written, complete address? Either this is gross negligence or there’s something more questionable going on.
