I Can’t Receive My Passport Delivery from UPS Due to Wrong Address and Phone Info
On August 4, 2025, my passport was supposed to be delivered by UPS to Etimesgut, Ankara, but the delivery failed because they entered both my phone number and delivery address incorrectly. I had already paid for the shipment in advance. I emailed UPS support and also called customer service to correct the issue. The only thing they confirmed was that my email address was correct, but they gave no clear response or resolution about the address or phone number errors.
It has now been two days, and I’ve been staying home waiting for the delivery, but I still have no update on when or how the package will arrive. I also tried to pick it up from a local branch, but UPS has not provided any information on which branch is handling my package or if pickup is even an option. This package contains my passport, and this situation is causing significant stress and delay.
I need UPS to urgently clarify where my package is, which branch it’s in (if any), and how I can securely receive it. I expect a prompt and clear explanation of the next steps. This kind of communication breakdown is unacceptable, especially for important and time-sensitive documents like passports.
