UPS Failed to Deliver My Package and Never Answered 16 Calls

My package, which was supposed to be delivered to UPS Turkey’s Sinop Branch on October 9, has still not been delivered after 4 days. To get an update and speed up the process, I called the Sinop branch 16 times over Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, but no one ever answered the phone.

I also contacted the supplier and informed UPS Turkey directly about the issue, yet I haven’t received any response from them.

I request that my package be delivered immediately and that an explanation be provided regarding why the Sinop branch does not answer customer calls. I expect my grievance to be addressed promptly.
