UPS Damaged My Asus Monitor in Transit and Refuses Compensation

I entrusted UPS to deliver my Asus monitor for service, but it arrived completely shattered. Upon reporting the issue, UPS customer service was dismissive, even suggesting I "take it to court" rather than offering any assistance. I've filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and I’m prepared to escalate this further if no resolution is provided.
I have ample evidence to support my case: photos of the monitor in perfect condition when I handed it to UPS, delivery confirmation to Asus's Ümraniye location, and even a video from Asus documenting its damaged state upon arrival. This monitor, still under a 3-year warranty, was irresponsibly handled by UPS, and my attempts to reach a solution with them have been met with evasion and unhelpful responses.
It’s been over a year now with no action from UPS. I request immediate compensation for this damaged monitor, caused solely by the negligence of UPS’s handling team.
