UPS Delivered My Package Already Opened and Torn
Today, my UPS shipment with tracking number 1ZE549G06806469210 was delivered. The moment I received the package, I noticed that the box had been opened and torn. It looked as if someone had intentionally opened it and then tried to close it again.
The protective bag inside was also damaged, and the product itself had slight damage as well. This situation is very concerning both for product safety and my personal rights. I want to know who handled my package and why it was opened.
I have not yet contacted UPS or the sender because I’m not sure which channel I should reach out to. For this reason, I am requesting a refund for the damaged product, and I also expect a clear and official explanation from UPS regarding why my package was opened and why it was delivered in this condition.
