UPS Has Delayed My Shipment for a Week and No One Can Tell Me Where It Is

My package has been sitting in the same location for over a week with zero movement. Every time I call UPS, I receive a different explanation—and none of them help. Each call leads to a new support request, but absolutely no real solution.
The shipment (tracking number: 1ZC337W86802577501) was supposed to be delivered days ago, and now the situation is just frustrating. Not one person has been able to clearly tell me where my package is or why it hasn’t moved.
UPS, this is unacceptable. I paid for proper shipping and deserve accurate updates. Either deliver my package immediately or compensate me. Enough with the empty promises and conflicting responses.
