My Overseas Cargo is Stuck in Customs, UPS Not Responding

We bought items made in China. Since the company we bought from wrote the person's name instead of the company's name on the package, the package got stuck at customs. Several times, we called customer service. They said that someone from the relevant department would get back to us, but no one ever did. I sent [email protected] an email. Even though they read it, they didn't answer. UPS is a reliable and fast shipping company, and our company needed the products badly, so we put our faith in them. I think we were wrong, though. The goods have been sitting in customs for a week. Because of this, our business is in a very bad situation. We demand a fast resolution.
