I purchased a Valorant points gift card via Eneba on 01/03/2026 to use on my Riot/Valorant account registered in Portugal. The product was also listed on Eneba as being for Portugal. On the same day, 01/03/2026, I tried to redeem the code, but it did not work and could not be activated on my account. I contacted Eneba support to explain that the code was not working. The only response I received was that, according to them, the activation code had been activated after purchase, and based on that they closed my ticket without giving me the right to reply or continue the conversation. In practice, I paid for a gift card that I could not use, and I was left without support, even though I followed the region requirements and tried to use it immediately after purchase. In this situation, I expect Eneba to review this case properly, check the relevant logs and transaction details, and either provide a full refund for the unusable Valorant points gift card or issue a new working gift card code that I can redeem on my Portuguese Riot/Valorant account. I kindly request that my support case be reopened and handled in a way that ensures I am not left without the product I paid for.
