UPS Broken Package, Endless Waiting, and Ignored Complaints

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from UPS during a recent international shipment. To my dismay, the package I sent was delivered to my customer in a completely broken state. My customer promptly filed a report, and I initiated a complaint with UPS, hoping for a quick resolution. However, the entire process has been a never-ending nightmare. Despite assurances from UPS representatives that the issue would be resolved within 21 business days, today marks the 23rd day with no sign of progress. Each passing day adds to my frustration and disappointment. Moreover, my attempts to communicate with UPS through emails have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling ignored and unheard. I urge UPS to address my complaint promptly, provide a satisfactory resolution, and restore my faith in their services. As a customer, I deserve transparency, effective communication, and a swift resolution to this shipping nightmare.
