UPS Ignored My Return Pickup Requests and Caused Me to Miss My Return Window
I made a recent online purchase and needed to return the item because exchanges weren’t allowed. The seller uses UPS for returns, so I followed their instructions and submitted a return request through UPS. That’s where everything started going wrong.
For the past four days, I’ve been getting the runaround. I submitted not one but two pickup requests, and each time, UPS claimed they “called” but no one ever came to pick up the package. I was home, waiting. No calls, no visits—just excuses.
Now, my return window has expired because of this complete lack of service. I will never use UPS again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them if they want timely and reliable returns.
