UPS Falsely Marks My Apple Package as Delivered with No Actual Delivery Made

On November 7, I ordered a product from Apple, which was shipped via UPS Turkey. According to the tracking system, it was marked as “out for delivery” on November 8, with an estimated delivery window between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. I stayed home all day to ensure I’d be available to receive it, but nobody arrived. Later that evening, I checked the tracking again, only to see that it was marked as delivered at 8:57 PM, even though I never received the package.
I went to the UPS office to inquire, but they were closed. Attempts to contact UPS customer service were futile, as they don’t operate over the weekend. This situation is extremely frustrating—my package, worth a significant amount, is missing, with no indication of where it went or who allegedly signed for it. I will be escalating this matter to Consumer Rights to get proper resolution. UPS needs to take accountability and clarify the whereabouts of my package.
