UPS Holding My Passport Despite Delivery Scheduled
Although my passport application made via VFS Global was processed by the embassy in just three days, the delivery via UPS has been seriously delayed.
The tracking information indicates that delivery was scheduled for November 21, 2025; however, since then, the shipment has remained at the UPS branch in Gaziantep. Despite paying a shipping fee for each passport, I’m not receiving reasonable service.
When I called customer service, I was told they only deliver to my district on Tuesdays, and therefore I must wait. I have neither heard of such a delivery restriction before nor was it notified to me during the application process. Holding a crucial document like a passport at a branch for days without valid reason is unacceptable.
I request that my passport — and any other passports sent together — be delivered to my address immediately without further unjustified delay, and that full and clear information about the delivery process be provided to me.
