Unimeal Creates Duplicate Subscriptions and Refuses Refunds
Unimeal charges extra fees for their subscriptions without notifying customers. Later, they claim that you have two separate subscriptions and tell you that you can cancel them if you wish. However, they never respond to refund emails, and no refund is ever issued.
The only message they send is an email saying, “You can cancel your subscription if you want,” but they completely ignore refund requests. This kind of behavior is highly unethical and misleading, especially for a company that advertises transparency and customer satisfaction.
I request that all unauthorized charges be refunded immediately and that Unimeal’s deceptive billing practices be investigated.
