Unimeal Charged Me $39 Without My Consent—I Want a Refund
I visited the Unimeal website to check out their diet program and entered my food preferences, height, and weight. When I saw the pricing options for monthly and three-month plans in USD, I found them too expensive and did not proceed with a purchase. I never entered my credit card information or confirmed any payment.
However, I was later billed $39 via email for a program I never purchased! I immediately responded, stating that I never subscribed, never provided payment details, and demanded the cancellation of both the invoice and any unauthorized subscription. Instead of issuing a refund, they only canceled the subscription, which I never agreed to in the first place.
This is unacceptable! Unimeal, I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge! Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve it? Charging customers without consent is unethical, and I expect this issue to be fixed immediately!
