Unimeal won’t refund even after cancel—how can I get my money back?

If you cancelled Unimeal but didn't get your money back, first check to see if you bought it from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Unimeal's website.

To get a refund from Apple or Google Play, you have to go to their official refund pages. Unimeal can't handle payments made on those sites.

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, transaction ID, and proof that you want to cancel your order to get your money back within 30 days.

If they refuse or don't reply within a reasonable amount of time, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer, showing proof that you cancelled and talked to Unimeal about it.
