Unimeal charged me twice, broke my budget—how can I resolve that?

First, check to see if you were charged by Apple, Google Play, or Unimeal's website.

If it's Apple or Google, go to your account's Subscriptions page and ask for a refund. Deleting the app won't stop or fix charges.

If it's Unimeal, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "duplicate charge" and both receipts and transaction IDs. They say they'll get back to you within one to two working days.

Their refund page says that requests must be made within 30 days of the buy date.

❗ If they don't fix it, file a claim with Xolvie to seek a resolution.
