I bought Under Armour running shoes from Boyner. After 8 or 9 months, the front and sides started to lose their black paint. I took them to Boyner, and after they looked at them for more than a month (without giving me any updates), they said that Under Armour's product wasn't broken. I know, though, that they were. I gave them back and chose not to buy this brand again. I later bought shoes from Boyner that were made by Cat. After two months, there were cracks in the shoes, so I took them back and asked them to send my Under Armour shoes to be looked at again. The second time they looked at the shoes, they said they were "defective," but they couldn't give me a new pair because they were out of stock. They wouldn't replace the shoes or give me a return, and Under Armour told me that they change their stock every three months. This is not acceptable, and I plan to make a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Make sure to ask for a written answer, because the group needs written proof.
