Under Armour Fails to Honor Warranty for Running Shoes

I purchased a pair of Under Armour running shoes, and despite using them for only 3-4 months, the side of the shoe began to tear. As someone who runs daily and owns multiple pairs of running shoes, I know how to properly care for my footwear, and I even have backup pairs I keep in storage. When I took the damaged shoes to the store for warranty inspection, they claimed they would send them to the central office. However, I doubt they even sent them, as the store seemed to make the decision themselves after two weeks of waiting, and I received a rejection.
They advised me to take the matter to the Consumer Court, saying they would only act on the court’s decision. It’s been nearly a year since I filed my complaint (Complaint No: 2023/1554.2744 on October 18, 2023), and I’ve received no resolution from Under Armour. This kind of negligence is something I haven’t experienced with any other brand.
I am an active member of various NGOs and running groups, and I will be sharing my experience to warn others about this brand’s lack of customer support. Under Armour needs to resolve this issue and address the dissatisfaction they have caused.
