I Wore Under Armour Sneakers for 1 Month and They Deformed but Boyner Rejected My Return
I purchased a pair of Under Armour sneakers from Boyner, expecting a premium product from a globally trusted brand. Shockingly, the shoes began to deform in less than a month. I immediately sent them in for a return or exchange, but Boyner denied my request without offering a valid explanation.
How can a supposedly high-quality athletic shoe deteriorate after just a few casual wears? Are we supposed to believe the customer is at fault for the poor craftsmanship? What are we doing—chewing the shoes ourselves? This response is completely unacceptable and insulting.
I strongly condemn the decision-making of the return team. It’s clear that customer satisfaction means nothing to them. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, and I will never buy from Under Armour or Boyner again. I also intend to warn others not to trust this brand if they want quality or fair treatment. A product this expensive should not fail in 30 days—period.
