My Skechers Shoes Falling Apart Within a Year


I bought Skechers sports shoes from Boyner 12 months ago, and they are already falling apart at the seams. Under normal conditions, the product is supposed to be covered by a two-year warranty. I returned the product to Skechers via Boyner for inspection, but the company denied it was a manufacturing issue. There have been thousands of complaints about the same issue with this brand. Even a friend of mine sent their product for inspection due to the same problem and received the same result. The company is clearly not standing behind its product. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee based on the response they provided me. Skechers' denial of a manufacturing issue for a product we paid a high price for is driving me away from the brand. I will no longer recommend Skechers. A Boyner employee at the product reception desk also mentioned that the brand had yet to admit any flaws on the day I sent the product for inspection. This appears to be a recurring issue. I will also provide the outcome of the consumer arbitration committee. With the money we spend on this brand, we can easily shop at other reputable businesses.

I was called by Skechers from the number 08504880200. It's like a joke; they read aloud the exact same response paper they sent after the review 😃 It turns out it's not a manufacturing defect. Now I'm starting the Consumer Arbitration Committee process. Good luck.
