Unfair Underage Ban From Umingle

I have been using the Umingle website without any issues until 30 September. However, on 1 October I tried to log in again and was suddenly shown a “You are banned” screen, stating that the reason is “Under 18” and offering an “Instant Unban” for 99 ₹. I am not underage; I am 25 years old, so this ban reason is completely incorrect and unfair. The website is effectively forcing me to pay money just to remove this unjustified ban, and there is no visible link, email address or any way to contact customer support directly to resolve the issue or verify my age. I find it unacceptable that a legitimate adult user is blocked and asked to pay to regain access. I request that my ban be removed immediately without any payment and that my access to my Umingle account be fully restored. I also ask that my age information be corrected in your system so that this kind of problem does not occur again.
