StarMaker Invisible User Bug: Party Room Harassment and Abuse

I use the Starmaker app in India and host a party room called “Ishq Nusrat”. My official Starmaker account name is “PRIME”. For the last five days I have been facing a serious problem with an invisible user in my party room. Someone is entering my party room without showing any proper ID and with a transparent DP, and abuses us in the chat and on the mic every day. This user does not appear like a normal account and seems to be using some bug or illegal method to join the room invisibly and harass people. Because of this, my room environment is getting very bad and I feel unsafe and disturbed while using the app. I do not only want to mute or report one ID. My main request is that you fix this invisible user bug in party rooms, stop such users from entering rooms without a visible ID, and take strong action so they cannot abuse hosts and guests like this in the future. I am ready to share my user ID “PRIME” and screenshots from my room with your support team if needed. I kindly ask you to check my room “Ishq Nusrat”, find this issue, and improve the security of party rooms as soon as possible.
