Umingle Account Banned for Incorrect Under 18 Age Flag

I am 26 years old and my Umingle web account was suddenly banned today with the reason shown as “Under 18.” When I try to access my account, the screen says I am banned for being under 18 and that I must pay 99 rupees for the ban to be removed. I have never provided false information about my age and I do not accept being asked to make a payment to regain access to my account. I find it unacceptable that a user who is an adult is marked as under 18 and is then directed to a payment screen to remove the ban. I request that you urgently review my account, correct the age-related mistake, and remove the ban without requiring any payment so that I can continue using my Umingle web account.
