Request For Unban Umingle

I have been using the free version of Umingle to chat with strangers. Today, while I was chatting on the site, my account was suddenly banned with a message stating “You are banned” and the reason shown as “Under 18” even though I am currently 22 years old. The same screen is offering an “Instant Unban” option for 99 rupees. I have never verified my age or uploaded any ID on Umingle, and I do not accept being treated as under 18 without any proper check. I find it unfair that I am being asked to pay money just to remove a ban that is based on incorrect age information. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned immediately without any payment, and that this “Instant Unban for 99 rupees” demand not be applied to me, since I am an adult user.
