Refund All Charges Immediately!

I recently purchased a service called “Facebook link stories” from SweetMax through my iPhone, paying with my Visa card. After what I believed would be a one‑time payment, I discovered that SweetMax-810693801 started charging me 31.19 USD on a recurring weekly basis without my clear consent. According to my card statements, there have been multiple 31.19 USD charges from SweetMax-810693801 on different dates, including September 11, September 18, September 25, October 2 and October 9, 2026, as well as other similar charges on additional dates shown in my statements. I did not knowingly approve any weekly subscription, and at no point were the recurring terms made clear to me. I did not receive any proper contact information or clear subscription terms from SweetMax, so I have been unable to reach them directly to cancel these payments. The recurring charges keep appearing on my card statement under the same merchant name, even though I only intended to make a single purchase. I request that all these unauthorized weekly charges from SweetMax be fully refunded to me and that any ongoing subscription or automatic billing linked to my card be cancelled immediately. I also ask for written confirmation that no further amounts will be withdrawn from my card without my explicit approval.
