Unpaid Withdrawals, Not Clear Verification - Hookdrama

I am using the Hook Drama app on iOS and requested a ₱1,000 cash out to my GCash account on October 16, 2026. According to my account details, there is a cash out transaction of -₱1,000 dated October 16, but the money has still not been received in my GCash as of now. After submitting this withdrawal, the app started asking me to watch at least 11 additional videos for “withdrawal verification”. This requirement was not clearly explained and appeared only after I had already requested the ₱1,000 cash out, which makes me doubt whether my existing withdrawal will actually be processed. I request that my ₱1,000 withdrawal dated October 16, 2026 be processed and credited to my GCash account without any further delay or additional viewing requirements. I also ask you to clarify whether this withdrawal is still valid and to ensure that future withdrawal conditions are clearly communicated in advance within the app.
