Unban My Umingle

I have been using Umingle’s random video and chat service and my account was suddenly banned with the reason stated as “explicit messages.” I did not intend to send any explicit content; what I wrote contained only a typo error and was not meant to be explicit, so I believe this ban is based on a misunderstanding or an error in your moderation system. On the ban screen, it says “You are banned” and shows “Explicit messages” as the reason, and it asks for payment in Philippine Pesos to remove the ban. I find it unfair that I am blocked from using the service and pushed to pay to lift a ban that I consider unjust. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, the ban be lifted, and my access to Umingle’s random video and chat be restored without requiring any payment, as I believe I have not violated your rules.
