Explicit Messages Ban Appeal - Umingle
I have been using the Umingle website and a short while ago my account was suddenly banned. When I tried to log in, I saw a screen saying “You are banned” with Ban ID: 71b0e1ec and the reason stated as “Explicit messages” along with an “Instant Unban: ₱149” option. I did not send any explicit messages at all; the only thing I shared was my Instagram account. For this reason, I believe this ban is unjust and might be the result of an error or an incorrect report. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that the chat records related to this ban be checked in detail, and that my account be reactivated if no explicit content is found. I also expect a clear explanation of why my account was banned and on what basis this decision was taken.
