Unban Request For Misunderstanding
My Umingle account was suddenly banned today with the explanation “explicit messages”. On the ban screen it also shows a payment page asking for 149 Philippine Pesos via credit card to remove the ban, which I find very worrying and inappropriate. The reason given for my ban is a total misunderstanding. The conversation in question included the terms “top” and “bottom”, which can be used in many different, non-explicit contexts. I did not send any sexual content, harassment, or explicit images. My intention was not sexual or inappropriate, and I believe the system or moderation misinterpreted this conversation. Because of this, I feel that the ban is unfair and disproportionate. I request that my chat history for this incident be reviewed carefully and objectively, and that my account be fully unbanned without requiring any payment. If there is any part of the conversation that seems unclear, I am ready to provide further explanation so that the situation can be properly understood. I kindly ask Umingle to remove this ban, restore my access to the platform, and confirm that I do not need to make any payment to regain my account.
