Umingle Ban: Unfair Explicit Messages Ban

I have an account on the Umingle website and three days ago I discovered that I am suddenly banned. First it was saying that I am under 18, even though I am not a minor, and now it shows that I am banned for “explicit messages”. I have not been using Umingle for a long time and I did not send any explicit messages, so this ban decision is unfair for me. On the ban screen, it shows the Ban ID as f5f491e7 and offers to remove the ban instantly if I pay 149 PHP. I find it very upsetting that my account is blocked with an incorrect reason and that I am asked to pay money to lift a ban that I believe is unjustified. I request that my account and this Ban ID f5f491e7 be carefully reviewed, that the false “explicit messages” and “under 18” reasons be removed, and that my account be unbanned without any payment, since I did not violate your rules.
