Appeal For Incorrect Under-18 Ban On Umingle Account

I am writing regarding the restriction placed on my Umingle account on the website, where I am currently seeing the notice “account restricted for underage user.” On 13/06/2026, my account was banned on the basis that I am under 18 years old. I am in fact 18 years old and meet Umingle’s minimum age requirement, so I believe this restriction has been applied in error. I have not previously contacted Umingle support about this situation. I am fully willing to complete any age‑verification process and provide a valid government‑issued ID or any other documentation needed to confirm my age. I kindly request that you urgently review my account and remove the restriction after verifying my age, so that my account can be reactivated and the ban lifted as fast as possible.
